Hello! My name is Caitlyn Eid (she/her), and I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with adult clients throughout the state of Oregon. I have in-person and telehealth services available. I work with clients who are looking to better understand themselves and their relationships to others, need help processing their life challenges, and want to start or continue their journey of improving their well-being.

I have a Bachelor or Arts in Psychology from St. Edward's University and a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling with Specialization in Addiction from Lewis and Clark College. My education background includes coursework and extra curricular corses in general psychology, social psychology, diversity and social justice, substances and the effects on the brain, diagnosis of mental and emotional disorders, group counseling, models of addiction, ethics and legality in counseling, trauma and crisis counseling, and various courses in interventions for adults. Although I am no longer in school, I continue to education and expand my knowledge through books, articles, and trainings.

I became interested in counseling in my early teenage years and am glad I continued with this journey. I have always had an interest in working with individuals who suffer from addiction and have been working with those individual for the past 3 years. I have worked in both inpatient and intensive outpatient facilities for alcohol and drug addiction. Throughout those years, I have worked with individuals who along with their addiction, also suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, family issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and other diagnosis.
